Body Walk #2

Gastgeberin Emilia Giudicelli

Host Emilia Guidicelli invites to a trip to Milano without travelling. (1h)

Meeting point: 7 p.m. (sharp) at main station, platform 6

Emilia Giudicelli (1985) is dancer and choreograph and originally from Corsica. Emilia studied dance in Lyon and Lausanne and works currently as a team Fluoreszenz on a new production in Zurich. This new work, that is called ROUTINE, a long durational performance, on spacial and temporal shifting, about presence, proximity and sociality will be premiered in march 2017 at Gessnerallee. This BodyWalk is one possible approximation about this working process.

As a warm-up to the festival, it's possible to participate in BodyWalks. These walks through the city are guided by artists, who will share their research, observations, or discoveries of everyday life. These insights can be surprising or informative, dealing with such issues as: What is normal and what is not? How do bodies communicate with each other? How societal are our bodies? What is attractive, crazy, or shameless? How much tuning can the body take?
Duration of walks: approx. 1 - 1.5 hours, free
