The topic of the symposium features the political dimensions of artistic practice by, about, and with people with disabilities. In this participatory era, are forms of artistic work a place of resistance as soon as persons with disabilities are brought into play? And, do they have to be? Addressing these questions are national and international exponents from dance, theater, performance, and science – with and without disabilities.
