Trans:plant Y - in and out the white window but always with you
/ White Window #3
Check out the Livestream HERE.
White Window, these are unique performances, rehearsed and performed in a small white cube in the northern wing of Gessnerallee, visible only live and only in Internet.
The White Cube has just been warped by anamorphic transplantations and is completely overgrown. It took thirteen days for them to wander from the forest into the city where they have established their vegetative presence. An ecosystem of plants, images, and bacteria has settled in now. Even if the forest is considered as the site of psychic damnation, wilderness leads to vegetal traces, premonitions, images, and intelligent behavior.
From Tuesday, April 3 to Sunday, April 15, 2018, the moon is indeed waning to full obscurity. That's also why it is dark in the White Cube. Only little pools of light reveal forgotten rocks and mythologies.
Soon sheets of paper unfold like the leaves of a plant, gyrating with their vital transformation. And we, the spectators, oscillate in-and-out of the phytosocial nucleus of the White Window.
Trans:plant Y is a long-term, proteiform research project, in which the differentiation between nature and urbanity is blurred and the potential of vegetal intelligence is relied upon. So far the project has been shared with the public through laboratories, talks with invited guests, iconography, walks, and healing methods and situations.
